Run by award-winning chef Terry O’Riordan, Keto Chefs are experts in homemade ketogenic diet food delivered to your door. Terry first became interested in the ketogenic diet after reading about the health benefits of this diet without having to give up his favourite food, he just had to make it the keto way. Keto diets are very low carbohydrate food, this encourages your body to get its energy from burning body fat, which results in weight loss and has particular advantages for people with prediabetes or those otherwise at risk of type 2 diabetes.

About Our Food
Cooked fresh on-site at our industrial kitchen every day, our Keto & low carb diet food is a great way of finding out how low carb dieting could help you. Keto dieting has many advantages of other diets and is an enjoyable way to lose weight and feel healthier. Low in carbohydrates, high in fat but with low or no sugar.

The Food Standards Agency has awarded Keto Chefs a 5* Food Hygiene Rating,
All our products are sent for testing with A La Calc who produce our allergen and nutrition results. A La Calc are authorised by the Food Standards Agency and utilise the McCance & Widdowson database.
Delivery
Our freshly produced keto products are cooked, packed and shipped daily Monday to Friday. We use tracked next day delivery including on Saturdays. To guarantee next day delivery, orders must be placed before midday. Any items purchased on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
