Since our opening days here at wwww.ketochefs.co.uk we have been asked to create a low-carb & ready to use pastry that our wonderful clients can create their favourite pastry-based dishes at home & the wait is over!

This neutral-flavoured pastry is perfect for both sweet or savoury recipes & can be used as you would any shortcrust or sweet ready-to-roll pastry.

Simply follow your desired recipe & use this incredible versatile pastry in place of a traditional high-carb ready-to-use product.

FOR BEST RESULTS THE PASTRY MAY NEED KNEADING AND  SHOULD BE ROLLED BETWEEN TWO SHEETS OF GREASEPROOF PAPER
