Who says you have to say goodbye to bread on keto? These low-carb breadsticks are perfect for a cosy night in or as a festive appetizer!
Ingredients:
• 200g shredded mozzarella cheese
• 100g almond flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 15g grated parmesan
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the mozzarella cheese (about 1-2 minutes). Stir in the almond flour, baking powder, and egg until a dough forms.
3. Roll out the dough on the parchment paper and shape it into a rectangle. Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and parmesan on top.
4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Slice into breadsticks and enjoy with a side of sugar-free marinara!
